We only use genuine engine oil in Volkswagon & Audi due to the engines being particular with the grade and viscosity of oil they take as they are a finely machined German Engineered engine.

Any of the above replacement parts are an Additional cost.
We will only replace parts that are due for replacement or by manufacturer specifications. 
You will be quoted PRIOR to replacement of parts. 
Once approved by you - we will commence on the repairs.
